We’re seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven professional to help grow our State Farm agency through community involvement, networking, and local business partnerships.
This position is focused on building relationships, representing our agency in the community, and creating opportunities that help our team grow.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community activities.
- Develop referral partnerships that generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate qualified leads for our sales team.
- Represent the agency with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
- Assist with community marketing initiatives and agency events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve agency growth goals.
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, or business development is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
